BY ACCESSING OR USING TTP GO SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.
"Company" or "TTP GO" or "we" or "us" means TTP GO LTD, an Israeli company.
"Service" means the TTP GO AI voice conversation platform, including all APIs, widgets, SDKs, and related services.
"User" or "You" means any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.
"AI Services" means artificial intelligence functionalities provided through third-party providers including OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), Google Gemini.
"Agent" means a configured AI voice assistant created by a User within the Service.
"Content" means any data, text, audio, recordings, or other materials processed through the Service.
"Credits" means the usage units purchased by Users to access Service features.
"Business User" means a User who accesses the Service for commercial or business purposes.
"End User" or "Caller" means any individual who interacts with an Agent created by a User, including via telephone or web interface.
"Personal Data" has the meaning given in applicable data protection legislation, including the GDPR and the Israeli Privacy Protection Law.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
The Service is available to both individual consumers (B2C) and business entities (B2B). Business accounts may have additional features and responsibilities.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify TTP GO of any unauthorized use.
By creating an account, you may opt in to receive promotional emails, newsletters, product updates, and other marketing communications from TTP GO. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link included in every marketing email or by contacting support@talktopc.com. Unsubscribing from marketing communications will not affect service-related communications (such as account notifications, security alerts, billing updates, and other transactional messages), which you will continue to receive as long as your account is active. TTP GO sends marketing communications in compliance with applicable laws.
TTP GO provides the following products, accessible via UI or API:
The Service currently supports Hebrew, Arabic, and English, with additional languages planned for future releases.
The TTP GO SDK is publicly accessible at https://cdn.talktopc.com and is subject to these Terms.
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed based on usage: browser calls (10 credits/hour), phone calls (20 credits/hour), and phone numbers (30 credits/month).
All payments are processed by TTP GO LTD through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.
New users may be eligible for a free plan with 10 credits. No credit card is required to start the free plan.
Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over to the next period.
All sales are final. Refunds are not provided except at TTP GO's sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
TTP GO may modify pricing for the Service at any time. For Users with active subscriptions, price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following at least 30 days' notice. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect. Continued use of the Service after price changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You may NOT use the Service to:
If you enable call recording, YOU are solely responsible for: (a) complying with all federal, state, and local laws regarding call recording; (b) providing appropriate notification to callers; (c) obtaining consent where required by law (including two-party consent jurisdictions). TTP GO is not liable for your failure to comply with recording consent laws.
TTP GO employs reactive moderation and automated monitoring systems. Users may report abuse to abuse@talktopc.com. TTP GO reserves the right to investigate and take action on reported violations.
You acknowledge that TTP GO provides a B2B platform and has no direct relationship with the End Users who interact with your Agents. You are solely responsible for: (a) providing End Users with appropriate privacy notices regarding data collection and processing; (b) obtaining any consents required under applicable law, including GDPR where applicable; (c) disclosing to End Users that they are interacting with an AI system where required by law, including under the EU AI Act for Users operating in the European Union; and (d) ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws regarding your End Users. TTP GO shall have no liability arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.
The Service relies on third-party AI services including:
These third-party services are subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies. TTP GO has no control over the availability, functionality, or terms of these services.
TTP GO reserves the right to substitute or change third-party AI providers at any time without notice to maintain Service functionality.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights, remain with TTP GO LTD. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
You retain ownership of all Content you input into the Service. You grant TTP GO a limited license to process your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You own the outputs generated by the Service based on your inputs. However, you acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may not be unique, and other users may receive similar results.
AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS MAY BE INACCURATE, INCOMPLETE, OR INAPPROPRIATE. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI outputs before relying on them. TTP GO makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content for any purpose.
AI outputs are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice. You should consult qualified professionals for such matters.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TTP GO does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TTP GO'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO TTP GO IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
TTP GO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
TTP GO is not liable for any issues arising from third-party AI services, including their modification, discontinuation, or failure.
You may request account termination at any time by contacting support@talktopc.com. Account data will be deleted within 30 days of your request.
TTP GO may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. For severe violations (fraud, illegal activity, spam), termination may be immediate without prior notice.
Upon termination: (a) your right to use the Service immediately ceases; (b) unused credits are forfeited; (c) no refunds will be provided for accounts terminated due to policy violations.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TTP GO LTD and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; (d) your violation of any applicable laws, including telecommunications and recording consent laws.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Tel Aviv, Israel, except that either party may bring claims in small claims court if eligible.
Each party waives the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
TTP GO reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TTP GO regarding the Service.

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond the reasonable control of that party, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, epidemics, pandemics, strikes, failure of third-party telecommunications or hosting providers, cyberattacks, or power outages. If a force majeure event continues for more than 30 consecutive days, either party may terminate these Terms upon written notice to the other party.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://talktopc.com/privacy-agreement. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy. For Business Users processing personal data of End Users through the Service, a Data Processing Agreement may be required and is available upon request.
TTP GO processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for Users and End Users in the European Economic Area, and the Israeli Privacy Protection Law.
For Business Users who use the Service to process personal data of End Users, TTP GO acts as a data processor on your behalf, and you act as the data controller. Upon request, TTP GO will enter into a Data Processing Agreement that complies with Article 28 of the GDPR.
TTP GO maintains appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
