How to delete your account and personal data from TTP GO
The easiest way to delete your account and all associated data is through the app itself.
Sign in to your TTP account at talktopc.com/ttp-login.
Navigate to Settings from your dashboard.
Select the Privacy & Data section within Settings.
Click "Delete My Account", confirm your identity with your password, and submit the request.
30-Day Grace Period: After submitting a deletion request, your account is scheduled for permanent deletion in 30 days. During this period, you can cancel the request at any time by returning to Settings > Privacy & Data and clicking "Cancel Deletion Request".
If you are unable to access your account, you can request data deletion by emailing us directly.
Send an email to support@talktopc.com with the following information:
We will verify your identity and process your request. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion has been completed.
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
This action is irreversible. Once the 30-day grace period has passed and your account is deleted, we cannot recover your data.
After account deletion is processed, TTP GO may retain certain anonymized or aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may also retain data as required by applicable laws or regulations.
We respond to all data deletion requests within 30 days in compliance with GDPR and CCPA regulations.
